The collaboration agreement signed in February 2015 by Red Eléctrica de España and the Local Council of the city of Andorra (Teruel) has enabled the playground located next to the Teruel municipal swimming pools to be fully-equipped, and is included in the Corporate Social Responsibility Plan associated with the Mezquita-Morella and Mudéjar–Morella high voltage electricity axes.

The project involved the improvement of the area used for the park as well as the installation of various elements such as multi-play systems, spring riders, swings and a roundabout, plus corresponding auxiliary furniture composed of tables and waste bins. The installation of these elements completes the playground that was created and landscaped by the Local Council of Andorra and that is located next to the municipal swimming pools.

Red Eléctrica has earmarked 220,000 euros for the development of social, cultural and environmental initiatives in 14 municipalities in the province of Teruel through which the Mezquita-Morella and Mudéjar-Morella axes run through. Apart from Andorra, other municipalities in which the Company has promoted corporate social responsibility projects are Alcañiz, Alcorisa, Jarque de la Val, Aliaga, La Zoma, Ejulve, Molinos, Castellote, Seno, La Ginebrosa, Mas de las Matas, Aguaviva and Las Parras de Castellote. After signing the framework agreement with all of them, specific agreements have been signed between Red Eléctrica and the local councils.
