Almodóvar del Campo (Ciudad Real) recognises the collaboration of Red Eléctrica in the lighting of its parish church

Red Eléctrica has received recognition from the town of Almodóvar del Campo, Ciudad Real, for its collaboration in the project for the lighting of the parish church ‘Nuestra Señora de la Asunción’ and the video mapping dedicated to Saint Juan de Ávila, Doctor of the Catholic Church.

Francisco Ruiz Jiménez, Assistant Corporate Director to the CEO, attended the inauguration and collected the award on behalf of Red Eléctrica. The event, chaired by Fátima Báñez, acting minister for Employment and Social Securiry, was also attended by the Deputy Regional Minister for Culture of Castilla-La Mancha, Jesús Carrascosa.

This action is encompassed as part of the agreement signed in 2014 with the Fundación Cultura y Deporte of Castilla-La Mancha, which responds to the principles of the corporate responsibility policy of the Company, such are the promotion of culture and social well-being, to contribute to sustainable development and to the continuous value creation.
