57 young graduates take part in the ‘Practica+’ programme 2015-2016

The objective of this programme is to promote the practical training of students who have graduated in different specialties.

This initiative, organised by Red Eléctrica, the SEPI Foundation and the University Business Foundation, is intended to facilitate access to the labour market for qualified professionals.

Thus, 57 young graduates have been incorporated into Red Eléctrica to start their training in this fourth edition of the ‘Practica+’ programme. During this course, they will a financial award and will have an employee of the company who will mentor them on a personalised basis.

This initiative will allow these young people to learn, firstly, the internal workings of a business and the various departments and areas it consists of and, secondly, get to know the business activity of a benchmark company such as Red Electrica, who is the sole transmission agent and operator of the national electricity grid.

With this, Red Eléctrica maintains its commitment as a socially responsible company by providing a work environment in which young graduates can put in practice the knowledge acquired in their academic training years.
